Manage Lookout facilities across Vancouver Region through building standards, inspections, repairs, and detailed records. The schedule averages Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly.
Lookout Housing and Health Society supports adults with low or no income who face limited housing or support options. As Property Manager, you oversee maintenance, renovations, equipment, personnel, and building information across society facilities. You liaise with Facilities and Maintenance Managers, report to the Associate Director, and help maintain the Capital Plan. The role also coordinates purchases, budgets, contractors, and occupancy standards. Additional hours may occasionally be required to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections for policy and regulatory compliance
Develop fire and disaster plans, training, and education




Create building budgets and oversee maintenance work
Coordinate rentals, space usage, fees, and payments
Assist programs with vacancy occupancy standards
Requirements: Recent property management experience or related post-secondary education
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Detail-oriented and organized approach to responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions
Successful respirator fit testing and clean-shaven seal area
Bring facilities oversight, inspection, budgeting, and organized property administration to Lookout Housing and Health Society.
