The Business Analyst, Finance Excellence provides reliable support for finance operations and recurring activities. You will manage the OTC Support mailbox, investigate inquiries, coordinate assistance, and escalate issues when required. The position also supports reporting, controls, testing, and continuous process improvement across Finance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve OTC Support mailbox requests within SLAs
Investigate inquiries and determine appropriate resolution paths
Coordinate Senior Business Analyst and partner-team assistance
Open incidents and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution




Elevate risks, delays, and unresolved issues to the Manager
Requirements: Two to four years in finance operations or business analysis
Ability to investigate evidence and identify likely causes
Experience managing shared mailboxes or operational intake processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service-focused, curious, innovative, and detail-oriented approach
Use sound judgment, service focus, and finance operations experience to support reliable OTC delivery at Purolator.
