OpenText seeks a senior sourcing specialist to manage business relationships with third-party technology partners. The work supports Engineering and Development while aligning technology usage with commercial and strategic interests. You will address supplier obligations, costs, acceptable use, and risk across software and services sourcing.
Key Responsibilities: Manage ongoing relationships with third-party technology suppliers
Negotiate agreements supporting cost and return objectives
Control costs through needs analysis and contract negotiation
Monitor acceptable use,
intellectual property, contractual, and operational risk
Track supplier developments and recommend internal responses
Requirements: Minimum five years’ software industry experience
Contract negotiation and vendor outreach experience
Business acumen and sound judgment
Ability to manage concurrent assignments proactively
University degree and matrixed organizational experience
