This Senior Administrator role supports end users in their language while meeting SLAs and reducing unresolved complaints. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, manage identities, and support Microsoft 365. The work includes diagnosing connectivity, handling access provisioning, and documenting solutions for stronger first-contact resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve Level 2 incidents and requests within established SLA
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices remotely
Diagnose LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and TCP/IP issues
Manage Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy,



and MFA
Support Microsoft 365 and business application installations
Requirements: Five-plus years in IT support, including three Level 2 years
Robust Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory skills
Solid TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless knowledge
Experience with ITSM and remote support tools
Working knowledge of ITIL incident, request, and problem management
