Work as an Apartment Building Maintenance Worker across residential apartment or condominium complexes and various locations. The position requires three to less than five years of experience and a one-to-two-year college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma. Duties include cleaning, minor systems repairs, appliance repairs, vacancy advertising, apartment showings, and routine property maintenance. You will work with minimal supervision while contacting contractors or tradespersons for major repairs.
Key Responsibilities: Clean hallways, floors, stairs, windows, walls, ceilings, and bathrooms
Adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing,



and electrical systems
Contact contractors and tradespersons for repairs and maintenance
Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
Transparent snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements: Three to less than five years of experience
One-to-two-year college or non-university certificate or diploma
Valid driver's licence and own transportation
Ability to handle loads up to 23 kilograms
Criminal record check and personal tools
Bring dependable maintenance, cleaning, repair, and communication skills to residential properties requiring onsite support and minimal supervision.
