The Enrolment Services Advisor supports the Office of the Registrar and its student-facing advising services. This position advises on admission, registration, fees, financial aid, awards, exams, transcripts, and convocation. Collaboration supports accurate referrals and compliance with university policies.
Key Responsibilities: Advise students about admission, registration, fees, and financial aid
Troubleshoot course registration and provide appropriate referrals
Explain student financial accounts, payments, refunds, and charges




Generate academic transcripts and process student record documentation
Collaborate with specialists and government agencies on student loans
Requirements: Related post-secondary credential; bachelor's degree preferred
Three years of directly related advisory experience
One year in a post-secondary registrar's office
Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Banner, or similar systems
Solid written, verbal, listening, and probing communication skills
