Perform advanced EEG and EMG testing as an ENP Technologist at St. Joseph’s Health System in Hamilton, working weekday daytime shifts.

This casual, part time position serves out-patients, in-patients, and emergency department patients. You will independently perform complex diagnostic tests on adults using specialized electronic equipment, while supporting physicians with accurate clinical information. The role requires patient assessment, technical judgment, and EMG and EEG expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine, specialized, and research-related EEG examinations
- Conduct nerve conduction, myasthenia, reflex, and late-response studies
- Explain procedures, obtain consent, and observe patient responses




- Document activation procedures and technical impressions accurately
- Maintain equipment, participate in quality assurance, and support training

Requirements:

- B.R.E.T.C. and C.B.R.E.T. certificates required
- Current A.E.T.C. and C.A.E.T. registration in good standing
- Two years of EEG and EMG experience
- Current BCLS and minimum high school diploma required
- Proficiency in electrode placement and nerve conduction studies
