POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Power BI Specialist with exceptional hands-on dashboard design and development capabilities to join our IT Applications team. This role will create intuitive, interactive, and high-performing BI dashboards and reports for executive leadership, marketing, finance, customer service and global operation. The specialist will translate business priorities into trusted insights that improve visibility, strengthen customer service, identify growth opportunities, and support timely decisions.

The role will deliver reporting at executive, functional management, and operational levels, working closely with business owners, key stakeholders and the IT team members globally. Solid visual design,



advanced Power BI development, and effective business partnership are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the Power BI reporting experience from requirements and visual design through development, validation, release, adoption, and ongoing improvement

- Advanced Power BI Development: Design and build polished dashboards and interactive reports with clear KPI hierarchies, effective visual layouts, accessible colors, and consistent navigation. Implement DAX measures, Power Query transformations, drill-down, drill-through, tooltips, bookmarks, field parameters, and dynamic filtering. Optimize report responsiveness and usability.
- Reporting for Different Levels: Build executive scorecards for strategic performance and exceptions; departmental dashboards for targets, trends, and drivers; and operational views for detailed transactions and follow-up actions. Enable a consistent path from enterprise summaries to region, site, product, customer, and transaction details where data and permissions allow.
- Business Requirements and Insights: Lead discovery sessions, clarify business questions and decisions, and translate requirements into wireframes, report specifications, and acceptance criteria. Analyze trends, variances, and drivers; explain findings in business terms and help stakeholders identify actions supporting revenue growth, margin, and customer retentio
