You will lead projects from ideation through execution, using graphic design, post-production knowledge, and cultural insight. Your work will connect product attributes with human emotion and customer perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curate furniture styling, casting, and locations for aspirational customer personas
- Direct shoots and guide post-production treatment to Cozey standards
- Champion AI tools for ambitious creative concepts
- Build 360° concepts across web, retail, events,



and advertising
- Present creative direction clearly to build team conviction

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of art direction experience
- Strong 360° portfolio from studio, agency, or lifestyle brand
- Graphic design and post-production technical knowledge
- Hands-on enthusiasm for AI image generation
- Confidence turning ambiguous briefs into transparent direction
