As Program Relations Manager with Cencora, you support healthcare professionals and patients through patient support programs. You serve as a liaison among PSPs, physicians, office staff, insurers, and patients. Your work includes triage, clinical data collection, reimbursement coordination, issue resolution, and patient journey monitoring.
Key Responsibilities: Support healthcare professionals navigating patient support program requirements
Coordinate private and public reimbursement activities
Collect patient information and clinical data
Monitor patient journeys and address barriers or delays




Provide physician office presentations and attend medical education events
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related discipline
Minimum five years’ healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related experience
Knowledge of reimbursement structures, systems, and processes
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Availability for regional and occasional overnight travel
