The role focuses on compassionate patient care for individuals with acute mental health needs, addictions, dementia, and related conditions within a cooperative, interdisciplinary framework.
You will contribute to safe, therapeutic care and support individuals’ transitions back to community settings, while adhering to professional standards and Brightshores CARE/LEAD
