As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project management group at ENTRUST Canada, a Leidos company. Manage smaller engineering projects with technical leads while coordinating project engineers, subcontractors, and business units. Hands-on training and guidance are provided within the technical team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage smaller engineering projects alongside technical leads
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and business units
Create client-specific weekly and monthly reports
Update project costs, accruals, forecasts, and project plans
Review invoices and support larger assigned projects
Requirements: At least five years of work experience
Project coordination, controls, or administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
Utility industry and time tracking experience
Support Calgary engineering projects through coordination, reporting, forecasting, and communication across ENTRUST Canada’s project teams.
