As an HR Data Analyst, you will interpret people data to support strategic decision-making. The position covers workforce planning, employee engagement, performance, retention, and talent management. Collaboration with HR Business Partners helps translate data needs into relevant insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Identify patterns across workforce and employee data
Maintain dashboards using data visualization tools
Recommend actions to HR and business stakeholders
Assist with predictive talent management models
Present findings clearly to diverse audiences
Requirements: Four years’ experience in people analytics or similar work
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, HR, or related field
Strong Excel, SQL, and statistical software proficiency
Analytical and problem-solving capability
Strong communication and presentation skills
Use workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and explicit communication to support evidence-based talent management decisions from Kimberley.
