You will examine claims, review third-party injury and property damage, report qualifying claims to Underwriters, and manage files within contract terms. The position requires solid analysis, communication, organization, and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities: Examine complex auto liability and physical damage claims
Review third-party injury and property damage claims
Report claims exceeding contract terms to Underwriters
Handle litigated claims and attend required mediations
Settle claims and administer payments through trust accounts
Requirements: College diploma or equivalent education and business experience
Five to seven years handling auto claims
CIP designation considered an asset
Lloyd’s or CGL experience considered an asset
Proficiency in MS Office and various systems
