This entry level management position supports daily Rooms Operations and related areas, including Recreation, Laundry, Bell Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services. You will coordinate arrival and departure procedures, review reports, and help achieve operating budget goals. The position also supports training, scheduling, payroll, and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities: Open and close Front Desk and Housekeeping shifts
Review room operations reports and night audit information
Supervise Rooms Operations areas when management is absent
Support guest feedback, complaints,
and repeat recognition
Schedule employees and track time and attendance
Requirements: High school diploma or GED with four years’ related experience
Or two-year degree with two years’ related experience
Experience in guest services, front desk, or housekeeping
Knowledge of hospitality, business, or related operations
Ability to follow safety and loss prevention procedures
