Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will support high-volume AP entry, review, expense coding, and T&E; approvals. The position requires technical savviness, careful reconciliation, and solid control awareness. You will also guide AP team members and coordinate with finance functions.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process high-volume invoices for accuracy and approval
Resolve coding errors, duplicate payments, and discrepancies
Approve compliant employee travel and entertainment expense reports
Perform vendor statement and AP sub-ledger reconciliations




Support month-end close, controls, audits, and process improvements
Requirements: Minimum four years of accounts payable experience
Experience with invoice entry, expense coding, and review
Proven travel and entertainment report approval experience
Hands-on ERP experience; Sage Intacct strongly preferred
Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
