The Role

We are looking for a *results-driven Performance Marketing Manager* who knows how to turn ad spend into revenue.

You will own our digital growth strategy across paid channels and work directly with leadership to scale online sales.

If you’ve successfully scaled e-commerce revenue through paid ads, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search + Shopping)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads (optional but preferred)

- Optimize campaigns daily for:

- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
- Revenue growth

- Set up and manage tracking:

- Conversion tracking
- Pixels and attribution
- Identify winning products and scale them

- Build and manage retargeting campaigns
- Work with our dev/design team to improve:

- Landing pages
- Product pages
- Conversion funnels





- Collaborate on promotions, bundles, and pricing strategies

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years experience in performance marketing (e-commerce preferred)
- Proven track record managing paid ad budgets ($10K+/month)
- Solid experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Data-driven mindset (you understand metrics and optimize based on them)
- Experience improving conversion rates (not just running ads)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting

Bonus (Nice to Have)

- Experience in vape, cannabis, or restricted industries
- Experience with email/SMS platforms like Klaviyo
- SEO knowledge
- Shopify experience

Compensation & Growth

- Competitive base salary ($70K–$100K depending on experience)
