As Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct resources, manage picking, packing, and staging, and address issues affecting shipping and receiving objectives. You will communicate procedures to leads and floor staff through meetings and briefings. The role requires organization, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through while supporting Vallen’s health, safety, and environment policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train Associates on duties, requirements, and performance standards
- Implement secure and effective methods for completing warehouse work




- Monitor workload and direct resources according to operational needs
- Manage queues for picking, packing, and material staging
- Conduct briefings about newly implemented procedures

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required
- Ability to use an RF Gun
- Proactive communication and high organization
- First Aid Certification preferred
- WHMIS and Forklift Certifications preferred
