This Building Operator supports CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services function. The work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment support. You will follow defined procedures, track work orders, and help maintain efficient building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building systems
