You will produce wiring diagrams, cable layouts, addressing schedules, pathway drawings, and costed bills of materials. The work also includes installer support involving pixel data faults, DMX addressing, voltage drop, and controller setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce AutoCAD design packages from design lead markups
- Create wiring, single-line, fixture, and cable layouts
- Build costed bills of materials in CPQ and ERP




- Support installers by phone approximately 40% weekly
- Document recurring solutions for installer-facing guidance

Requirements:

- Three-plus years producing built design or drafting packages
- AutoCAD experience; Revit or D-Tools is advantageous
- Understanding of voltage drop, power injection, and PSU sizing
- Explicit phone manner with electricians and job-site callers
- Daily AI use and Canadian work eligibility
