This senior role oversees approximately $300 million across school replacements, additions, seismic upgrades, and childcare facilities. Lead long-term capital planning aligned with District priorities and enrollment growth Oversee the District's capital project portfolio and Five-Year Capital Plan Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and project risks Coordinate approvals, funding agreements,



and Ministry reporting requirements Lead Capital Projects Department operations and workforce planning Requirements:
