You will develop profitable borrowing relationships, support agricultural businesses, and provide advice across accounts, operating services, credit, lending, and deposits. The work serves farmers, ranchers, primary producers, and agribusinesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire agriculture customers, prospects, and centres of influence
- Build borrowing relationships ranging from $1MM to $3MM
- Maintain portfolios and complete assigned client annual reviews




- Provide specialized agriculture and business finance advice
- Travel to farms, trade shows, and community events

Requirements:

- Canadian agriculture education or working experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of agriculture financial statements and financing sources
- Proven sales, marketing, and business development success
- Vehicle and willingness to travel significant territories
