Support seniors with daily living and personal care as a casual Resident Care Attendant at AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna.

Reporting to the Executive Director or Director of Care, the Resident Care Attendant supports resident care services. This position requires a Health Care Assistant qualification, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution abilities. You will help deliver resident-centered care and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Promote resident choice, involvement, and participation in care
- Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and recreation programs
- Participate in social and therapeutic group activities
- Support outings and special events for residents

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized Health Care Assistant program
- Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry
- Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Genuine concern for seniors' well-being
- Casual availability for the Kelowna work location
