This Field Services Coordinator position connects field employees, clients, Operations, and Human Resources. During this two-year term, you will help fill book-offs, open positions, staffing shortfalls, and short-term contracts. The work requires careful decisions involving urgency, qualifications, pay levels, contracts, policies, and collective agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate staffing coverage for book-offs and open positions
Authorize overtime when necessary to cover shifts
Plan logistics, training, and PPE for special events




Track employee requests through cross-functional resolution
Audit assignments, qualifications, and pay levels
Requirements: Previous dispatcher or call centre environment experience
Knowledge of security contracts and collective agreements
Fluent French and functional English
Secret clearance held or obtainable through government requirements
Solid MS Office, Excel, data extraction, and reporting abilities
