BDO’s Personal Debt Solutions team seeks an Insolvency Advisor for a replacement position. You will assess debtor situations, recommend options, and support bankruptcies and proposals. Training will be provided for initial consultations and appropriate recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Perform initial consultations and assess debtor situations
Recommend appropriate personal debt solution options
Assist debtors and creditors by telephone and in person
Review interview forms and prepare signing documents
Promote offerings through outreach, presentations, and social media
Requirements: Two or more years in customer service or relevant fields
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
Strong attention to detail and organization
Availability for one evening shift until 7:30pm
Support BDO clients through personal insolvency consultations using empathy, communication, organization, and effective service delivery.
