Production data accuracy and regulatory reporting define this full-time Production Administrator position with Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. Excel expertise is central.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Measurements & Volumetrics, the Production Administrator supports geographic-area production and optimization strategies. Work is based in Carlyle, Stoughton, Drayton Valley, or Calgary, coordinating data across operations, facilities, accounting, and development. ProdView, Power BI, and measurement regulations matter.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the ProdView field data capture system
Resolve technical queries, errors, troubleshooting, and data retrieval needs
Provide weekly and monthly production reports to Operations
Reconcile truck tickets, gas charts, LACT, SCADA,



and well tests
Support month-end production data capture for Production Accounting
Requirements: Five or more years of petroleum industry experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and Excel skills
Solid attention to detail and project prioritization abilities
Sound knowledge of Directive 017/PNG 017 measurement regulations
Ability to make occasional trips to the field
Apply production administration, ProdView, Excel, and regulatory knowledge across Saturn’s Alberta and Saskatchewan operations.
