Federated Co-operatives Limited seeks a permanent Fleet Maintenance Coordinator for its Fleet Services team. The position coordinates tactical and operational activities supporting cross-commodity fleet equipment. Your work will connect transportation operations, Fleet Safety & Compliance, Lease Operators, and local Co-ops.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure inspections and repairs meet regulatory intervals
Coordinate third-party and in-house maintenance activities
Verify commercially registered vehicle records remain compliant
Collaborate during internal and external audits
Demonstrate daily safety-focused decisions and behaviours
Requirements: Six to nine years relevant transportation experience
Mechanical trade diploma or Journeyman certificate
CSA B620 knowledge is an asset
Safety, emergency response, and regulatory training is an asset
Ability to work in office in Edmonton, AB
Bring transportation experience and mechanical credentials to FCL’s Edmonton fleet compliance, audit, inspection, and safety coordination work.
