As a Registered Nurse in the Integrated Nursing Unit, you will provide client- and family-centered care. The position involves working independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. You will support diverse age, cultural, social, and economic groups while following CRNS standards and skilled ethics.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and prioritize client needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide health education to clients and families
Document patient-related information accurately
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or acceptable nursing diploma
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider certificate
Registered or eligible with the CRNS
Demonstrated clinical competency and critical thinking
Knowledge of infection prevention and control standards
Bring sound assessment, treatment planning, and autonomous clinical judgment to Registered Nurse practice at Cypress Regional Hospital.
