Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews, communications, and hiring debriefs
Prepare offers and coordinate onboarding requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Two to five years of related experience
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels
Applicant Tracking System experience
Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance
