As Culinary Manager, you will manage the culinary and dining department while recruiting, training, and overseeing culinary and service professionals. You will collaborate with Executive Directors, National and Regional Culinary Managers, and residents. Your work will connect financial oversight, compliance, quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
