As a Structured Finance Loan Closing Specialist, you will support Global Banking Technology & Operations Canada and Global Banking and Advisory. The position combines middle-office responsibilities with end-to-end closings, amendments, funding coordination, and operational controls. Your work will involve LoanIQ, commercial lending, collateral management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Review credit approvals, term sheets, and legal documentation
Execute end-to-end loan closings and satisfy conditions precedent
Process commercial, legal, and operational deal amendments
Coordinate funding, settlement instructions,



and booking readiness
Manage covenants, fees, collateral, and compliance reporting
Requirements: Five to seven years of commercial lending or loan operations experience
Strong credit documentation expertise
Hands-on LoanIQ commercial loan closing experience
Experience with deal amendments and collateral management
English communication skills and robust attention to detail
