This corporate position combines employer branding, strategic partnerships, proactive sourcing, and recruitment projects. You will promote P&H; through communities, job fairs, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities: Promote P&H; through outreach, job fairs, and partnerships
Execute sourcing through online platforms and industry events
Build pipelines for current and future roles
Recommend recruitment best practices on assigned projects
Track hiring performance using recruitment metrics
Requirements: Three to five years supporting multiple business divisions
Corporate recruitment experience considered an asset
Post-secondary education in a related discipline
Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite and travel within Canada
