Keep corrugated box production moving as a Manufacturing Maintenance Millwright at Smurfit Westrock’s Milton facility. Apply troubleshooting and predictive maintenance skills.
As part of the maintenance team, you will support preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for production equipment. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires a licensed Industrial Millwright 433A. Your work includes boiler systems, heating, steam, energy supply, equipment installation, and root-cause follow-up on repairs.
Key Responsibilities: Identify root causes and implement long-term repair solutions
Determine temporary or permanent responses to breakdowns
Perform equipment checks, lubrication, and preventative maintenance




Maintain boiler systems and plant energy supplies
Handle heavy equipment and support foundation work safely
Requirements: Three to five years of Canadian manufacturing experience
Technical knowledge and physical fitness
PLC programming and String Control experience
High school diploma
Electrical experience considered an asset
Use millwright skills, root-cause troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance knowledge across Smurfit Westrock’s busy Milton operation.
