Guidant Financial is hiring a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist for a fully remote role. You will learn and perform the full 401(k) plan administration process, from document review to year-end reporting and IRS 5500 filings, while supporting clients throughout the plan year.

You will use Excel and administration software to run testing, reconciliations, and reporting, with progressive training and growth opportunities in a values-driven ESOP journey.
