As a Personal Support Worker on Sienna’s Long Term Care team, you will understand residents’ stories and living experiences. You will support activities of daily living, provide resident care, and encourage participation in programs. Your work contributes to a home culture focused on comfort, dignity, respect, and helping residents live fully.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to care plans
- Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory supports
- Administer prescribed medication after additional training and supervision
- Ensure access to canes, walkers, call bells,



and devices
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental care

Requirements:

- Completed approved Personal Support Worker program or nursing degree
- Compassion and dedication to meaningful work supporting seniors
- Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care
- Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
