Key Responsibilities:

- Verify and record completed construction FIWP
- Audit contractor work and total work quantities
- Prepare daily LEM reporting timesheets
- Create drawing-based quantity take-offs
- Update progress, performance, and shift reports

Requirements:

- Three to five years of related industry experience
- Relevant college, university, or engineering qualification
- Solid quantity surveying process knowledge
