Job Summary: As an Associate Account Manager in Commercial Lines, your primary responsibility is to assist the Business Development Manager using your strong time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check accuracy of policies and endorsements
- Process new, renewal, cancellation, and endorsement requests
- Recent/Renewal proposal preparation
- Issue invoices per company standards
- Review and prioritize assigned tasks daily as required
- Maintain accuracy of electronic files (Epic, Policy Works)
- Follow agency procedures and insurer regulations
- Other specific duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Level I General Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and a Broker Management System (such as Applied EPIC, Policy Works, Indio)
- Minimum one year of experience in the insurance industry is an asset
