This Registered Nurse position serves adult patients facing life-threatening conditions in a 14-bed critical care and four-bed stepdown unit. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while applying nursing standards, the Nursing Process, and critical interventions. The unit emphasizes patient-centered care, recovery, and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with healthcare providers caring for critically ill patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide health teaching to patients and families
- Help plan corrective actions supporting patient and staff safety
- Follow occupational health and safety requirements

Requirements:

- Ontario certificate of competency as a Registered Nurse
- Critical care nursing certificate meeting Ontario standards
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- Recent Intensive Care Unit experience
- Level 3 patient care and intravenous therapy competency
