This experienced Trades Recruiter supports attraction, recruitment, and selection across organizational positions, initially focusing on trades roles. You will understand resourcing needs, target qualified talent, and provide informed recommendations on recruitment tools and processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Own recruiting lifecycle from requisition through onboarding
