Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot plant equipment and determine maintenance requirements
Respond to breakdowns involving equipment, facilities, and buildings
Maintain preventive maintenance programs, checks,



and lubrication
Maintain boiler, heating, steam, and energy supply systems
Assist with equipment installation, design, and minor electrical repairs
Requirements: High school diploma
Certified Industrial Millwright 433A
Three to five years in manufacturing
Technical knowledge and initiative
Availability for steady Monday to Friday nightshift and overtime
Use millwright expertise, root-cause troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills supporting Smurfit Westrock’s Guelph operations overnight.
