As an Underwriter II, Commercial Lines Fleet, you will evaluate commercial auto risks and support profitable growth. The work combines risk analysis, quoting, negotiation, customer-focused broker education, and business development. You will handle moderate to complex new business, renewals, and endorsements within authority.
Key Responsibilities: Assess moderate to complex commercial auto risks
Quote, negotiate, sell, and authorize business
Build meaningful broker relationships through service and events
Recommend solutions for quotes, renewals, and policy changes
Improve workflows, efficiency, and underwriting practices
Requirements: Minimum three years of Commercial Lines Auto experience
Ability to handle complex risks
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Superior organization and multiple-priority management
Eligibility to work in Canada
