Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness or Director of Care, this Registered Nurse supports long-term care residents. The position combines assessments, documentation, medication administration, resident education, and coordination with physicians, nursing teams, families, and service providers. Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers is required.
Key Responsibilities: Complete resident assessments, service plans, and documentation
Administer drugs and narcotics following regulatory requirements
Coordinate resident care plans and nursing assignments
Respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies




Supervise delegated care and medication administration responsibilities
Requirements: Current Registered Nurse registration in the applicable province
Experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers
Solid clinical knowledge and delegation ability
Written communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within six months
