As a Theatre Manager, you will uphold Company policies, procedures, and standards across Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail operations. The position focuses on maintaining an exceptional guest experience, cultivating positive morale, and executing a clear business vision. You will also manage budgets, revenue initiatives, venue events, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain seamless operations across all venue departments
Ensure standards, inspections, and checklists remain current
Execute Groups and Events within the venue
Recruit, train, coach,



and develop venue management
Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects
Requirements: Experience in a similar setting
Ability to lead teams during high-volume business periods
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work extended hours as required
