The position serves Operating Room patients and supports Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre’s Mission and Values. Key Responsibilities: Provide primary care for Operating Room patients
Assess patients and deliver appropriate interventions
Educate patients throughout their care
Advocate for patients using person-centred principles
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Requirements: Current Ontario registration with the College of Nurses
Current B.C.L.S. certificate
Post-graduate Operating Room certificate
Current or recent Operating Room experience
Physical assessment course and aseptic technique knowledge
