As a Theatre Manager, you will help provide exceptional guest experiences across Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail. Key Responsibilities: Maintain seamless operations across all venue departments
Ensure checklists, inspections, and Company standards remain current
Execute Groups and Events within the venue
Recruit, interview, train, and coach venue management
Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects
Requirements: Experience in a similar workplace
Ability to lead teams across multiple departments
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
