As a Service Leader, you will contribute directly to a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people. The JOEY Accelerated Leadership Program provides three months of fast-tracked development. You will learn operations, people development, leadership, coaching, and strategic planning while supporting restaurant success.
Key Responsibilities: Attract, retain, and develop a team of 50-100 individuals
Drive personal growth across a high-performing restaurant team
Execute quarterly strategic planning goals efficiently
Uphold standards for product, profit, environment, and experience




Support current restaurant openings across Canada and the United States
Requirements: Two to three or more years of full-service restaurant leadership
Ability to develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
Ability to recruit, hire, and retain talent proactively
Ability to manage in-store budgets and forecasts
High attention to detail and integrity
