As a Department Supervisor, you will coach, train, motivate, and inspire associates. You will support their development while working with Store Management, Operations teams, and external partners. Your focus includes customer service, staffing, performance, inventory organization, and sales improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead associates in exceptional customer service and sales
Ensure department staffing meets business needs
Manage performance through feedback, recognition, and development
Review reports and recommend merchandising improvements
Communicate promotions, safety, and asset protection standards
Requirements: One to two years supervising or leading teams
Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
