As Email Designer, you will own the visual direction of promotional campaigns and automated flows. You will turn copy and briefs into polished emails while supporting customer education and engagement. The work spans welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, and win-back journeys.
Key Responsibilities: Design promotional campaigns and automated email flows
Maintain modular Figma templates and brand components
Prepare Klaviyo assets, GIFs, image slices, and alt text
Create mobile-first layouts for inboxes and dark mode
Develop supporting SMS, social, web, and paid visuals
Requirements: Three or more years of hands-on design experience
Solid Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills
Experience designing email for DTC or ecommerce brands
Knowledge of accessibility, hierarchy, and image-to-text balance
Confident Klaviyo experience and AI image creation skills
Bring email design, Klaviyo production, and sharp layout instincts to a growing science-led hair care brand.
