Drive sustainable fashion sales as a Reformation Sales Associate, using customer engagement and product knowledge to build loyal client relationships.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will achieve individual sales goals while representing Reformation’s sustainability-focused brand. This retail role combines clientele generation, elevated service, inventory accuracy, and product education. You will share product stories, gather customer feedback, and help maintain an inspiring store environment.
Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed individual sales goals consistently
Generate clientele through meaningful customer engagement
Educate customers about Reformation products and sustainability
Maintain accurate inventory and support loss prevention




Keep selling floors aligned with brand standards
Requirements: Experience in sales, retail, or operationally intensive organizations
Robust interpersonal skills with diverse personalities
Self-motivation when taking on new challenges
Availability for at least 20 hours weekly
Availability three days weekly, including weekends
