The Personal Caregiver works with Bayshore Home Health’s Complex Care Branch to provide customized home care services. Responsibilities span homemaking, personal care, specialized procedures after training, client observation, and emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort. Current community care practices guide service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Perform personal care under established care plan directives
Provide companionship during community activities and events
Complete specialized procedures after provided training




Observe and document client conditions to company standards
Follow infection prevention practices consistently
Requirements: Formal caregiver training or equivalent education and experience
Current knowledge of community care practices
English communication skills; French proficiency is an asset
Ability to squat, bend, stand, reach, and reposition clients
Reliable transportation; license and automobile are assets
